The location as it is easily found, also it is in a quiet location although there is an expo centre opposite so could be noisy on occasions.
The problem we had with this hotel was lack of communication, on your web site it is advertised as being open from 13:00-22:00 so we arrived at 16:00 to find it shut until 18:00. So we duly returned at 18:00 and Waited and Waited, we tried the number on the door and the hotels number with no joy, may be if we spoke french we may of had a result. We spoke also to your in-country customer services he was helpful but also had no joy.We were not the only couple trying to gain access. It was only with the arrival of another couple at 19:30 that we gained access to the hotel as they had a door code, from were we did not know. May be you could look into this problem so it does not happen again!
